Academic Activities

Academic activities encompass a wide range of programs, groups, or pursuits with a strictly academic focus. These activities contribute to your intellectual growth and can enhance the educational experience. Here are some academic activities conducted for students of TSWRDCW Warangal East.

Bridge Course

Bridge courses can be considered a means of supplementary knowledge that is provided to students for imparting basic knowledge regarding the advanced subjects that will be taught to them in the bachelor’s program.

Business Ideation

A team of Post Graduates are appointed to work with the final year students of Residential

Degree Colleges to impart the employability skills in them. They conduct Daily session on

Life Skills, Communication Skills and Computer Skills.


PG Entrance Coaching

Students are given securing admission in the Master’s program in the Central Universities across India. PG Entrance Preparatory Camp for APU & TISS: A special coaching is provided to the students for master’s program of Azim Premji University & Tata Institute of Social Sciences.


 CAT 

Coaching for entrance into MBA programs will be provided.

JAM (Joint Admission Test for M. Sc) 

Coaching will be provided for the students to secure admission especially in the M.Sc Program in IITs, NITs and Central Universities.

PECET Training 

This will provide coaching for students to become a Physical Education Instructor.

CUET Training 

Coaching classes for CUET entrance examination is provided.

Student Clubs 


Student Clubs are formed with an aim to strengthen students’ talents by creating an atmosphere to nurture their interests. They provide students all types of support to enrich their knowledge/ emotional capabilities to succeed in the space where they are fascinated. The Student Club is a platform for self-directed and peer-supervised activity by the students to develop their ability to cooperate in an atmosphere free of competitiveness.Student Seminars:


 Academic seminar 

focus on the continuous learning of students. Such seminars place aim at adding more knowledge to students as the industry grows, or as new information comes to light. 

Celebration of special days 

Learning about Important Days & Dates is an essential part of education and personal development and helps to build a better understanding of the world and the people who inhabit it. 

Fieldtrips


Field trips enhance the observation skills of students, they encourage natural curiosity and love for learning among the students. Generally field trips covers fundamental steps in research which include identification, comparison, analysis.

Industry Visits 

Industrial visit is a part of the Education, during which students visit companies and get insight of on the internal working environment of the company.The industrial visit also provides an insight on how companies work and also useful information related to the practical aspects of the course which cannot be visualized in lectures.


Online Learning 

Taking online courses, attending webinars, or participating in virtual workshops related to academic interests.


Writing and Publications 

 Contributing to academic journals, newsletters, or school publications.

Competitions or Contests 

 Participating in academic competitions, quizzes, or contests related to specific subjects

Language Clubs 

Joining language clubs to practice and improve language skills.

Projects 

Engaging in project activities, either independently or as part of a group, to explore a specific topic or field.

Career Guidance 

                        

Career Guidance Cell (CGC) is a program initiated by the Higher Education Department of TSWREIS to guide the students of TSWRDC. The aim of CGC is to prepare and guide the students in reaching their goals in any stream of their choice (higher education/employment/entrepreneurship: EEE)

Placement cell 


Placement Cell focuses completely on the Placements and employment of the final year students in the TSWRDC. Coaching classes for SSC, Constable selection is provided for all undergraduates.
