Girl Boss Rise is a 40-hour intervention that enables girls to take charge of their future and transition from school to work. Through this program, the girls will:
1.Develop entrepreneurial and work-readiness mindsets and skills (called Girl Boss Mindsets and Skills) specifically identified for adolescent girls and their needs.
2.Set professional goals and a concrete plan for their future, and build support systems to achieve their goals.
3.Strengthen ties with their community through projects and workshops for parents and community members.
4.Challenge gender stereotypes and develop the confidence needed to put them on the path to enter the world of work.In this program we have 64 students are registered and all of them got the worksheet.Several activities have been conducting in this program to students for their of career and personal development . By this programme the outputs and outcomes are

Kalpana Saroj Project
Kalpana She for STEM Project is launched in TSWRDC W Warangal in 2023 with the initiative of higher education wing of Head Office in collaboration with Kalpana team from then many students of MStCS , MZC, MPC and BZC are being trained in the field of sciences for exploring STEM careers. This year ie 2024 Kalpana Project is launched in collaboration with Kalpana Team on 9th February under the guidance of two Incharge Faculty Mentors 1. Dr.P.Veena (Lecturer in Zoology) 2. M. Kezia Elizabeth (Lecturer in Microbiology) around 50 students are enrolled in Kalpana STEM session from MStCS, MZC, MPC and BZC. Students are trained regularly on short term goals, smart goals and long term goals for Individual development plans to ensure good STEM careers. We are observing good participation of our students in doing assignments, quiz and in attending the live classes of Kalpana regularly. Students are being encouraged by the regular display of progress in the Kalapana Assignments and our college secured good performance recognition in the Kalpana session so far. We are looking forward for good STEM fellowships , interships and careers of our Students by the completion of Kalpana Projection.

Field Trips
The field trip is usually observation for education, nonexperimental research or to provide students with experiences outside their everyday activities, such as going camping with teachers and their classmates. The aim of this research is to observe the subject in its natural state and possibly collect samples.
