                                             My Journey to Tata Consultancy Services

I am Prathyusha Velpula.My native place is Parkal, Warangal. My father is Kumaraswamy a Singer. My mother Mrs.Lalitha is a homemaker. I have an one elder brother. I completed my schooling from Fatima Girls High School, Kazipet. Intermediate from SV Thrishool Junior College ,Bheemaram. Graduation from TSWRDCW (Warangal East), Pembarthy. I am pursuing MBA at Ganapathy Engineering college, Warangal.

When I was child, I saw my parents working hard for money for the right education. The situation was tough, but  I can’t do anything. It made me to learn more. Initially, my aim was to become an Airhostess…but I know it was tough to put more money. Tried for scholarship schemes but no use...so kept quite…and decided to do other on my own. In intermediate went for coaching to crack EAMCET and JEE...but secured less marks and it has become tough to me to get into better campus...during graduation I tried for many exams for the experience of the job. Accordingly, my college has taught me many things. Our faculty used to conduct a lot of activities in order to get rid of stage fear and stay ahead in everything.

One day I came across the TCS as it was a world topmost company…to become economically strong, decided to secure the job in it…at least this would help me financially. I prepared well for the exam and qualified; later I was called for an   interview. As it was the first time, I am very scared. To overcome this situation, I took help from mock interview sessions conducted at our college. Interview day has come, it was of three rounds MR, TR, HR…One side it is the situation of how the quest to hit the interview for sure on the other side tough. They mostly tested how efficient are we and see how we manage ourselves…Finally selected. At that moment I could not tell anyone except myself, I can remember the only hard work of my parents. At the same I had one more opportunity i.e. APU. Both were in my hands and very much confused whether to study or get into job. Took suggestions from my teachers and parents thought out well to get into job because economically I would like to grownup first and to continue my studies accordingly. Now in this pandemic this job helping me a lot financially (paying me 21,875rs) and increased my strengths to face any challenge.

 I am very much thankful to all who individually helped me for my success. And I humbly thank all my teachers and can never forget their contribution in my life.

My way to National Institute of Technology, Warangal

Hello everyone, First of all I am proud to be a Swearo and happy to be the part TSWRDC family

I am Ishwarya Aruri from Hanamkonda, Warangal. I am pursuing my Msc Second year in National Institute of Technology, Warangal.

I have started my journey with TSWRDC Warangal East in 2017 with innocence. Ancompleted my Bachelor’s degree in BZC.

Joining TSWRDC Warangal East is the most wonderful thing happen in my life that gave me an opportunity to explore.My college has taught me one fundamental thing – life is unpredictable. During my final year my institution provided coaching for jam 2020 Exam from Chembiosis Institution.I cracked jam Exam with good percentage. Then I have applied for CCMN for M.Sc. Chemistry. In the 1st round of counselling I got admission in NIT,W.

I couldn’t even dream of getting seat in such a prestigious institution. I am born in poor family for me getting admission into such prestigious institution was challenging. It  happened by the support of this TSWRDC family. I am very thankful to TSWRDC institutions for never letting me down.

                                            Slum to Pilot Training 

Hi Everyone! I am  Polepaka Manasa Swaero, from Girmajipet, Warangal, Telangana.  My parents are Gopi Polepaka, Bhagya Polepaka, my father works as a security guard for a private company, he is the primary bread earner of my family. My mother is a homemaker  and also she does tailoring to fulfill our basic needs.  Manichandana  and Mourya are my siblings, studying BSc Nursing at government college and Intermediate II year at TSWREIS respectively.

Growing up in a slum going to school is my biggest dream, somehow my father with utmost difficulty managed to send me to Ketan convent school till 5th grade. Due to financial problems I joined Telangana government’s residential institutions, which are like light into life’s of marginalized and economically weaker sections with quality education, protection, and health.

In my 9th grade- I got an opportunity to be part of National cadet corps(NCC) training.  NCC training  aims to transform students into disciplined and patriotic citizens. Through this training I learnt to be  honest,self disciplined and to have strong work ethics. I secured an ‘A’ grade certificate stood as the best cadet. I also got confidence that being a girl has no lesser opportunities to achieve anything in this society.

Apart from academics, from a very young age I always had interest in art and spent my childhood learning art through observation and practice- I do wall painting, calligraphy, dancing and I'm also good at fashion designing and beautician.  

Securing a seat in Commercial pilot training(CPT)

By the end of my Degree final year, there were multiple options to pursue my further education. 

My prior choice and attempt was Commercial pilot training(CPT). After undergoing multiple levels of camps and Interviews I secured a seat in Commercial Pilot Training(CPT). 

Adding to my hard work and determination, this achievement would have been not possible for me without the encouragement of my friends, teachers, and  family. 

Even though I secured a seat with hard work, my socio- economic roots were not in a position to contribute to my further education financially. I almost lost my hopes of getting the education of my dreams. But, thankfully after multiple attempts of campaigning and advertisements a political leader named Pochampally Srinivas Reddy MLC of our constituency sponsored me to continue my education. I am very thankful to Srinivas sir, his response to my need is always remembered and it also inspired me to stand for people who are in need. 

Finally, behind all my achievements, and staying motivated throughout my life, I am very thankful RDC’s for providing us with multiple opportunities which have no limits. I am grateful for being nurtured in the ideology of DR. Ambedkar to love my community and to serve my community. On this note I promise that I will repay what I borrowed from the institution and my achievements will always be ours and not mine alone.

KARMIKANAGAR TO IIT BHILAI (CHHATTISGARH)

My name is Uma Kurakula , my parents are Kondaiah ,Yadamma they are laborers. We live in a small hut at Karmika Nagar , Hyderabad.

I  completed my SSC from G.H.S Ameerpet No.1 at Jawaharnagar, Hyderabad with an aggregated of 7.7. Then studied my intermediated from Sri Shanthiniketan junior college with an aggregate of 93% with the help of HHH (HELPIN HANDS HUMANITY). Then I  joined in B.Sc M.P.C at TSWRDC WARANGAL EAST.

After joining in B.Sc , I  got to know if we perform well in any field our society encourages us to reach peaks in that field . After this , I decided to do my masters in prestigious university and worked hard towards it.

In my final year our madam’s encourage us to apply for IIT JAM and our society provide jam coaching with Chembiosis faculty, they helped us to crack JAM. When I went to JAM camp, my madam asked me a question, what you do with this coaching. I was replied that I definitely crack and get a seat in any prestigious university madam. Then finally I cracked IIT  JAM, but confirmation  seat amount had to be paid  and I came to know this on last day of fee submission at that moment our faculty and HHH helped me to pay and confirmed my seat.
